The CVPR 2017 organizing committee is pleased to announce that Hall Erickson, Inc. has been retained to manage the Expo Hall and floor plan for CVPR 2017 at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu, HI. Hall Erickson, Inc. is a leading exposition management company. For more than 60 years, Hall-Erickson has worked closely with its clients in creating a professional business environment in which attendees and exhibitors can come together to learn, exchange information, and conduct business. In conjunction with C to C Events, a full-service event planning company who is CVPR’s long-standing event coordinator, CVPR has put in place a professional team with deep expertise to ensure a smooth and professional exposition. Hall Erickson will be contacting companies who have paid for conference sponsorship to start the booth selection process on Wednesday, March 22. Booth selection will occur in order of payment within the sponsorship tiers and an online floor plan tool will be used to choose the booth locations.

Please take a few moments, to review each section of the Manual in detail. Each section contains important information on the exposition, including pre-event preparation of displays and equipment, installation, operating and dismantling information and important rules and regulations. Also included are rate sheets and order forms for all service provided by the official CVPR 2017 contractors.
CVPR EXPO 2017 will run at Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu next July for the duration of IEEE CVPR, co-locating with the premier academic and technical presentations. More than 4000 CVPR attendees will create a one-of-a-kind opportunity for networking, recruiting, inspiration and motivation.
The expo dates are the same as the main conference: July 22 -- July 25, 2017. Expo setup is the day before (July 21), teardown is the evening of the last day (July 25).
The conference mobile app will have an interactive floorplan similar to what's on the web.
