All Full Passport Registrations include: admission to all main conference technical sessions, all workshops, all tutorials; breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks during the main conference and workshop/tutorial days, except there will be no lunch on 7/24; and one evening reception, a luau on 7/23.
Exhibit Only registrations and/or One Day Passes can purchase a ticket to the luau for $150. You may purchase a ticket for your spouse or guest for $150 on the registration site.
A One-Day Workshop/Tutorial Pass is valid for one day only.
You do not have to be an author to attend. If you are not an author, please follow the registration process and leave the "paper" field blank. Letters of invitation for visa purposes are available for non-authors who are vision researchers with verifiable credentials, such as vision graduate students. If you are not an author and need a visa letter, please follow the visa letter instructions below but state 'none' for paper and title.
Author registration
Conference papers - all conference papers *MUST* have at least one registered author (this can be a student) no later than the conference paper camera-ready deadline (April 10, 2017). One person can register multiple papers as long as that person is a co-author on each of the papers.
Workshop papers - all workshop papers *MUST* have at least one registered author (this can be a student) and all workshops *MUST* have at least one registered organizer, boths no later than the workshop camera-ready deadline (May 19, 2017).
Tutorials - all tutorials *MUST* have at least one registered organizer (this can be a student).
Letters of invitation
You must be fully registered to obtain a letter of invitation. Please contact Loren Schriever, loren at ctocevents dot com, to request a letter. Requests MUST contain the following:
- Registration confirmation number
- Full name including Salutation (Mr., Ms., Mrs.), in the order of Salutation, Given (First) Name, Family (Last) Name
- Paper number AND Title
- Email address, mailing address and affiliation (business or school)
Letters will be mailed upon request only. If you require expedited shipping, please indicate this and register for expedited shipping ($62 US)
Please know that your letter will be turned around as quickly as possible. Any fraudulent requests will be reported to the proper authorities.
Refund policy
All refund requests must be made via email to Nicole Finn, nicole at ctocevents dot com. All cancellations will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee before June 30, 2017, 5pm EST. NO REFUNDS will be made after June 30, 2017. You are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty.
Updating a Registration
You can update your registration or make a substitution - select already registered when following the registration link and log into your account.
