Call for Expo
INTRODUCTION
We are announcing the CVPR Industry EXPO 2017, and inviting you and your company to participate!
From promising startups and creative standouts to the biggest industry leaders, this expo will be a showcase of companies that are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with computer vision and machine learning technologies. Following the successful CVPR EXPO 2016, we are providing an exciting “trade-show” like atmosphere to foster maximal visibility and exposure for each on-site exhibitor. It is a unique opportunity for professors, students, researchers, budding entrepreneurs, technologists and others to cross paths and exchange the latest and newest ideas.
CVPR EXPO 2017 will run at Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu next July for the duration of IEEE CVPR, co-locating with the premier academic and technical presentations. More than 4000 CVPR attendees will create a one-of-a-kind opportunity for networking, recruiting, inspiration and motivation.
LEVELS OF PARTICIPATION
Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze level fees range from $2000 to $20,000, as listed below. Pricing is based on exclusivity and valuable sponsorship benefits, which will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis. A range of booth sizes are available and larger booths may be allocated on a first-come first serve basis. **Please note – the exhibition only registrations do not include the Luau.

We will have a few promotional items that your company can bid on, such as name badge lanyards, t-shirts, tote bags, notebooks and pens provided to each registrant. The promotional items with your company name and logo will be distributed with the conference package at registration. Bidding will occur in February or March 2017.

We offer the following payment options:

- Pay by credit card.
- Send a check.

Schedule
The expo dates are the same as the main conference: July 22 -- July 25, 2017. Expo setup is the day before (July 21), teardown is the evening of the last day (July 25).
Attendee of CVPR 2016
There were over 3600 attendees at CVPR 2016, with about 34.35% are students, 28.62% from academia and 37.03% from industry.

You can bid on promotional items, and sponsor coffee breaks. Email us if you are interested.
Private Room Reservation
CVPR has reserved the entire HCC for the main days of the conference, including a number of conference rooms that hold between 30 and 100 people. If you are interested in using space at the convention center during CVPR, please contact Nicole Finn (nicole@ctocevents.com) for options. Do NOT contact HCC directly. We will do our best to accommodate requests based on sponsorship level, availability and date of the request (earlier is better). There may be a nominal fee for the room rental based on availability. Catering is available and would be arranged directly with HCC.
