CVPR 2017: Call for Demos

Call
The 2017 IEEE Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition (CVPR 2017) is pleased to invite researchers from both academia and industry to submit applications to present live demonstrations of their research results and computer vision systems. This provides a unique opportunity for researchers to showcase their work in front of thousands of CVPR 2017 attendees
All submissions will be reviewed.
- Academic applications are not limited to papers accepted to CVPR 2017 or its workshops and demonstrations of any computer vision methods (published or otherwise) are welcome.
- Industrial applications should submit demos based on their CVPR accepted papers in the main conference or workshops. The demo can be extended from the paper itself.
Demonstrations will be held in parallel with poster sessions (7, or 8 sessions in total) during the Main Conference (July 22-25, 2017).
Interested demo applicants should fill out and submit a CVPR 2017 Demo Proposal Form electronically and email it along with any supporting material to the Demos Chair at: le.lu@nih.gov and mingchen.gao@nih.gov. All presenters of accepted demos must be registered to CVPR 2017. The demo chair will select accepted demonstrations according to their scientific merit and relevance to CVPR 2017.
